RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce Inc. is seeking a full-time IAM Software Support Engineer to remotely support our enterprise technology client based in Austin, TX.Summary:This role will be part of the Fed Business Enablement program to perform production support for our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution as well as our Financials, specifically Order Management and Accounts Receivable. You will be the first point of contact for significant user problems. The candidate will work primarily within the production support team, part of a larger delivery team for back office applications.Day to Day:* production support* Troubleshoot user issues and offer solutions* Identify solution and work with L3/L4/Development to resolve and implement change* Document root causeREQUIREMENTS:* Strong knowledge and experience with Identify & Access Management (Oracle Identity Mgmt Solutions) * Oracle e-Business Suite Financials - primarily Order Management & Accounts Receivable modules (eBS AR/OM)* Must be able to work with little direction and able to deal with ambiguity* Self starter with initiative and good collaborations skills* Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) nice to have* Governance Risk & Controls (GRC) nice to have * Thomson Reuters Onesource Tax Determination nice to have* Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
