    You are:
    You are an approachable person who will develop client relationships and assure accurate and timely processing of mail runs. You are a performance driver, which can help the company meet their mailing productivity standards
    You will


    • Act as key subject matter expert on product usage to foster internal relationship with the Pitney Bowes sales team and other internal groups to help drive company goals
    • Prioritize, plan and communicate regulatory changes for assigned clients and works with them to execute . Contribute to the development of best practices and the publication of educational materials and other collateral.
    • Maintain an updated accounts profile in Salesforce and enter cases when required.
    • Actively participate in building effective working relationships with all departments at the facility.
    • Effectively manage accounts by providing exceptional customer service.
    • Respond to and effectively resolve all customer inquiries.
    • Work with Presort Services site and client to resolve hold mail issues. Promote "Our Winning Formula" concepts on a daily basis.
    • Handle all inbound calls or email issues to include, but not limited to, scheduling or canceling pickups, call backs on messages left, and issues raised by Presort Services sites
    • Perform outbound communications via phone or email to include issues such as, but not limited to, cases from Presort Services sites, mail quality issues, and holiday scheduling. Performs outbound call to all assigned clients on a bi-monthly basis to ensure that our services are being correctly executed for each client in order to increase client retention and loyalty
    • Onboard all new clients for their assigned sites, and performs contract renewals for assigned client base.
    • Perform all additional duties as required.

      As a Client Service Relationship Administrator, you have:



      • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of experience and education and/or 2 Years of successful relevant experience
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, e-mail and Internet required
      • General knowledge of contracts
      • Able to give and document clear, concise information both verbal and written
      • Attention to detail
      • Collaborative and strong multi-tasking skills essential
      • Courtesy, patience and analytical abilities
