Touchstone Communities is seeking an experienced Workforce/Staffing Manager to join our Human Resources team dedicated to managing staffing needs within our healthcare facilities across Texas. With a key focus on nurturing a supportive environment for elders, the successful candidate will ensure efficient staffing strategies that align with our mission to provide tailored care. The role involves strategic workforce planning, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This position requires a proactive manager who thrives in a dynamic environment to achieve optimum staffing levels and maintain high standards of care. Develop and implement strategic staffing plans to meet the needs of various facilities. Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration of new staff. Forecast staffing needs and collaborate with department heads to proactively manage resource allocation. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations concerning employment in the healthcare industry. Work with training coordinators to develop and implement staff development programs. Monitor employee performance and retention strategies. Analyze staffing metrics and provide reports on key performance indicators to senior management. Strong leadership and team management skills Proven ability to implement comprehensive workforce plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in workforce management software and HR systems Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance 401k SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred. Certification in healthcare workforce management is an advantage.
