collaborative, motivated, hybrid team responsible for the
development of training materials and resources to deliver clear,
consistent, and accessible training for university Human Resource
ERP and proprietary Financial administrative enterprise
systems.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the training team to design, create, and
deliver training materials. Develop training curriculum and content
utilizing best practices in curriculum design and development,
including job aids, quick reference guides, online help content,
workflow diagrams, web-based modules, instructional and interactive
learning experiences in multiple formats (audio & visual) and
delivery methods (on-demand and real-time).
- Implement effective instructional strategies to develop a
curriculum for enterprise systems. Build and maintain relationships
with Subject Matter Experts for material development.
- Coordinate production, delivery and tracking of training
activities utilizing project management principles to include
project plan to manage project timelines/deliverables, quality
assurance, communication, and coordination with all
stakeholders.
- Build and maintain course content, new and existing enterprise
system documentation in learning management systems (LMS),
including multimedia content. Write effective copy, instructional
text, and audio and video scripts for routine and custom
trainings.
- Provide support to askUS service desk team and participate in
software testing as needed. Be available for consultations with
management, training team, and employees.
- Other related functions as assigned.Required
QualificationsBachelor's degree. 3-5 years of proven experience in
designing, developing, and delivering enterprise system end-user
training.Demonstrated ability in adult learning models. Experience
training on enterprise system software. Proficiency in developing
online training courses and using training simulation and video
software. Familiarity with video production and editing software,
creative design software, and Microsoft Office applications.Skills
and Abilities: Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy
understanding.
- Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality
output.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and
presentation skills.
- Self-learning capabilities and confidence in seeking external
support.
- Ability to instruct using various technology applications and

- Comfort in providing strategic curriculum recommendations and
managing project deliverables.Relevant education and experience may
