  • For more details, please see: and .PurposeThe successful candidate will lead and coordinate interview suite operations and recruiting activities and provide guidance to employers recruiting at UT from various industries to support UT-wide and college-specific recruiting initiatives.Responsibilities
    • Manage daily operations of the TCE employer recruiting space, including classrooms, conference room, and interview suite. Responsible for opening and closing of the interview suite in addition to front desk coverage as needed. Maintain physical condition of common spaces, equipment, marketing assets, materials, and supplies. Ensure interview suite is appropriately staffed. Develop and maintain processes and infrastructure which cultivate positive recruiting experiences for both employers and students. Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
    • Evaluate and respond to inbound employer inquiries via phone and email, directing employers to appropriate recruiting resources on and off campus. Engage in recruiting calls to advise employers on recruiting timelines and interview strategies for successful outcomes. Track recruiting activities and provide employer feedback to enhance recruiting success rates. Utilize recruiting expertise to nurture high-quality relationships and services.
    • Coordinate requests and logistics for virtual and on-campus recruiting events and fairs to support UT-wide and college-specific recruiting initiatives. Help support and host employer-led events and on-campus interview days. Liaise between employers, campus partners, TCE staff, and students to support holistic recruiting strategies. Coordinate interview schedules and campus-wide recruiting efforts using cloud-based software platforms such as Handshake and Mazevo. Assist in developing and ensuring compliance with recruiting procedures and guidelines. Supervise student staff.
    • Maintain accuracy of recruiting databases and generate reports on recruitment activity and statistical data as appropriate. Initiate, plan, and participate in recruiting activities and events.
    • Support communication, marketing, and data tracking efforts and reporting.
    • Other related functions as assigned.Required QualificationsTwo years of experience in program coordination, event planning, or recruiting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal/customer service skills. Ability to organize short- and long-term priorities and projects, and work with multiple deadlines. Database or customer relationship management (CRM) experience, and/or ability to learn new technology quickly. Demonstrated strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Independent decision making and problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail. Preferred QualificationsThe ideal candidate will exceed the required qualifications and have two or more years of experience in university career services or corporate/university relations. Knowledgeable of corporate recruiting policies and procedures. Direct experience with Handshake or related customer relationship management (CRM) technology. Two or more years of experience in customer service and coordinating program or recruiting in education or corporate environment.Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.Salary Range$55,000 + depending on qualificationsWorking Conditions
