This temporary assignment may be filled at any time. Please no

Shift.PurposeThis position is being offered as part-time or
full-time to provide temporary human resources and administrative
support to the College of Education, Deans Office, and Business
Services Office. We are offering a remote/hybrid working experience
with 1-2 days in the office and the remaining days remote. The
tentative end date is March 31, 2023, with the potential to extend
if needed.Responsibilities
- Provide transactional Workday support -Coordinate with managers
to initiate job postings and onboarding for new staff and student
employees -Process background checks and I-9 transactions, adhering
to federal and state statutes and university policy.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Services
department as needed -Maintain confidential employee files and
handle sensitive information with discretion -Other duties as
assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree and one year of
experience at the Administrative Assistant level, OR high school
graduation or GED, and three years of clerical experience. Accuracy
and attention to detail -Critical thinking/problem-solving skills
-Regular and punctual attendance at work -Must be authorized to
work in the US.Preferred QualificationsExperience processing
Workday transactions -Human Resource experienceHourly Rate$20.00 +
depending on qualificationsWorking Conditions
