The role
This is an opportunity to work with a world class client as part of their in-house recruitment function, whilst becoming a member of the wider Retinue Talent Solutions family. As a Recruiter, you will be accountable for your own requisitions, shaping and driving the success of the account as a trusted advisor to the client. You will be expected to take ownership of the relationship with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to ensure an exceptional service is delivered. This exciting opportunity will be working from home and a chance to join a rapidly expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process by driving value and performance through the teams that support you in administration, sourcing and reporting.
  • Design and deliver innovative resourcing strategies, and actively seek out fresh and original sourcing channels to meet client demand and to drive direct sourcing pipelines
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process including initial shortlist tele-phone/video screening calls
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their business needs and support work-force planning with HR colleagues
  • Build close links with the business and candidates alike up to senior level, delivering the highest level of advisory services
  • Complete recruitment process administration - interview scheduling and offer process
  • Liaise with HR and other internal functions for offer management and on-boarding sup-port
    • Experience in an in-house/RPO recruiter role, directly managing requirements with Hiring Managers and leading recruitment projects to completion
    • Demonstrable experience delivering against multiple concurrent requirements meeting agreed KPIs and SLAs
    • Experience working with Senior stakeholders and candidates to deliver an exceptional service
    • Experience in the use of recruitment databases, Applicants Tracking Systems and other technology e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter
    • An understanding of the demands of a Corporate Recruiter from an administrative perspective
