Job Title: REMOTE Technical RecruiterLocation: REMOTE - Anywhere
in the US (Must be open to traveling to NY or the bay area 4 times

Full Cycle Recruitment process with Hardware, Mechanical,
Electrical, and Software EngineersWe are an innovative and

minimally invasive brain-computer interfaces (BCI) and make them
readily available and accessible. Right now, there is a huge
deficiency to treat and serve hard to manage neurological medical
conditions and our elite team of neurosurgeons and engineers are
striving to make a change for those living with brain
disease.Currently, we are in need of a Remote Technical Recruiter
that has about 3 years of experience recruiting hardware, software,
mechanical, and electrical engineers. This will be a Full Cycle
Recruiting type of job. From sourcing, calling candidates,
submitting, then booking interviews, checking references, and
extending offers.What You Will Be Doing
- Recruit "hard-to-fill" hardware and software type of roles
- Full Cycle Recruitment process - source, vetting, interviewing,
scheduling (via Calendly), and complete reference checks
- Keep a positive recruitment/candidate experience
- Collaborate external recruitment agencies to increase our
efforts in filling roles
- Have a strong understanding of our talent needs and help scale
our recruitment strategy/fulfill headcount needs
- Provide weekly updates through our ATS and PowerPointWhat You
Need for this Position
- 3+ years with software and electrical/hardware engineers
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Driven attitude to fill roles for our company and exceed
expectations
- Proficient with MS OfficeWhat's In It for You
- $100,000 - $140,000 Annual Base Salary
- 100% Remote (Must be open to travel a few times during the year
to Bay Area or NYC for extended weekends)
