Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY: Performs a variety of technical tasks associated
with processing multiple payrolls. Prepares payroll related
payments, confirms accuracy, and transmits data. Prepares required
reports to substantiate payments and related third-party
billing/funding. Performs records management duties to support
payroll programs. Answers routine payroll related
questions.VACCINATION REQUIREMENT:To be considered for U.S.-based

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
experience.CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSE/REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
- CPP designation a plusQUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of two years' payroll processing, general clerical
accounting or financial recordkeeping.
- Proficiency with computer software, including word processing
and spreadsheets for data entry/retrieval and file maintenance
required.
- Proficiency with computerized payroll system preferred.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and other financial systems like
NetSuite.
- Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet
manipulation and database management.
- Keyboarding skills sufficient to enter, maintain and retrieve
data in a computer-based system.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information,
materials and inquiries.
- Perform according to established procedures, with minimal
supervision and work according to a set schedule.
- Work quickly and accurately with strict attention to detail
while processing a large volume of work in an atmosphere of
frequent interruptions.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to check written
materials and the work of others for accuracy and
completeness.ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job
successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential
duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed
below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability
required.
- Provide customer service and solutions on a daily basis.
- Analyze, prepare and input payroll data.
- Typically use automated system to produce accurate and timely
payroll.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage
and hour laws.
- Maintenance of federal, state and local tax setup.
- Assist in preparing weekly, month, quarterly and year-end
reports for management.
- Perform various journal entries, account reconciliations and
provides general ledger support.
- May develop and deliver payroll communications and tools for
leaders and employees.
- Support integration process to migrate acquired businesses to
Company's payroll.
- Work with Director, Payroll and HCM/Legal to ensure consistency
in policy interpretation and application.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion,
be unrelated to the position described here.
- Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the
position.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 0% - 5%
