be responsible for the application process, and our clients will be
responsible for the interview and final selection processes.

Responsibility:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment selection and hiring process:
develop job postings, conduct pre-screen technical interviews,
evaluations, and assessments to ensure skill and culture fit of
candidates, facilitate the selection process, extend offers and
initiate the onboarding process
- Ability to understand basic technical requirements to conduct
position searches in a time-sensitive fast-paced environment
- Must be able to use multiple search portals to track candidates
through the recruiting process, as well as data tracking of all
open positions
- Ability to maintain a steady stream of candidates in the
pipeline
- Build, engage and maintain pre-qualified as well as prospective
candidate pools of strong former candidates and new candidates
- Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key
standards, documenting key actions, recommending improvements and
ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes
- Leverage relevant advertising resources and apply other
relevant candidate marketing strategies to create local, regional
and global awareness in order to attract qualified applications for
the roles
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to source
candidates through social media and other non-traditional
methods
- Drive to successfully select and present positive high-quality
candidates to the Team within strict time-sensitive time
frames
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Recruiting team and
Management to inform of candidate search status
- Can find alternative solutions to solve problems where
guidelines do not exist
- Review and advise on the current interview process and bring up
new ideas and new formats Ideal Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment
- Should have strong experience in closing the positions for
Niche skills
- Should know where the great tech candidates are and know how to
approach, attract and engage them
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced
environment
- Great in communication and an awesome team player
- Completed bachelor's degree or higher
- Taking ownership and making it happen
- Result oriented
