Job DescriptionWorkweek is looking for a talented Senior Recruiter to help recruit the best of the best for our B2B media company.This person will be the first full-time recruiter on our team, so they'll help lead the build out of our recruitment team. Ideally, they have a background at a staffing agency and can take their knowledge to implement new processes here at Workweek. Above all, we're looking for an amazing teammate who's excited to use their skills towards accomplishing our mission — and wants to have a lot of fun doing it.Note: This is a full-time position. You'll always be able to work remotely wherever you want, but we're located in Austin, TX for anyone who wants to work IRL. All work will be done in English.Responsibilities:

  • Candidate recruitment and retention: Source, evaluate, and review potential candidates utilizing Workweek job boards, social networking and internal database, cold emailing, etc. Interview prospective candidates via video and phone to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements. In addition, the Senior Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified marketing and creative talent to submit to the current and future client base.
  • Placement activities: Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with marketing and creative professionals currently on contract assignments in order to ensure exceptional customer service. In addition, the Senior Recruiter will resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Company Clients: Source, close, and onboard clients to help fulfill their hiring needs.
  • Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.

    Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferred at a staffing agency
    • Must have a strong desire to build a career in recruiting by using proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate relationships.
    • Understand recruiting process from the perspective of a staffing agency.
    • Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
    • Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive, self-motivated individual.Benefits:
