Job DescriptionCambridge Spa Group ("CSG"), is a private equity backed, franchisee consolidator within the Massage Envy franchise system. CSG employs over 1,300 people in Texas, California, and Nevada with corporate teams in Austin, TX and Reno, NV. The company anticipates 4-5x growth in the next 4-5 years driven by robust M&A activity as well as organic performance. The company is led by an experienced senior management team and a best-in-class investor group.CSG is looking for someone who loves recruiting and understands that it is the most important thing we do as a company. In this role, you will direct and manage our full cycle recruiting requirements and processes for Service Providers and Field Support roles. You will oversee marketing budget, campaigns and initiatives including campus programs. You will work to understand our business and work collaboratively with the team to provide insight and direction. We will look to you to be an expert on the current trends and how we can support our employment brand to attract more candidates. You are focused on culture and retention of the people you work so hard to bring to our team.JOB QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIESResponsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the hiring managers and HR representatives to write job descriptions, job ads and handle postings across job sites and professional/social networks; identify what is working and ways to better market to our target audience.
  • Set accountability metrics for all recruiting across the organization with weekly reporting to monitor successes and identify areas for training and improvement; work with Regional Directors and Director of HR to drive improvement in underperforming areas.
  • Provide transparency and recruiting metrics to executive team bi-weekly and additional reporting as needed.
  • Understands that hiring is a team sport and has experience working cross-functionally, communicating clearly, and holding people accountable for deliverables.
  • Expedites the hiring process with a focus on the practical, offer and reference/background check process.
  • Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures.
  • Responsible for Service Provider recruiting and engagement; communicates and creates an exceptional candidate and new hire experience.
  • Work with HR and Field Leadership to develop a clear staffing model and plan; ensures open positions are reflective of overall company hiring needs
  • Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques
  • Manage recruitment databases and advertising budgets
  • Set clear goals and benchmarks for the recruitment team
  • Train and supervise HR Representatives and Hiring Managers in the correct company processes
  • Other projects or responsibilities as defined.The ideal candidate will possess:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
    • Proven work experience as a corporate, internal recruiter, general recruiter or similar role with at least 5 years as a recruiter in a fast-paced, high energy environment
    • Extensive knowledge of recruiting, onboarding and employee life cycle processes
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Ability to travel between locations as needed, approximately 20%
    • Enthusiasm for growth
    • Ability to perform under time pressure and manage to short, critical deadlines
    • Desire to create and develop systems for continued expansion
