Your JobWe're looking for a Recruitment Evangelist to consult on a strategic level with executive level clients to help them solve complex hiring challenges. The Recruitment Evangelist will lead engagements in the Indeed Idea Center in Austin, TX. The Idea Center is Indeed's executive briefing center. The team consists of recruitment evangelists and marketing operations professionals who work together to produce and deliver customized, decision-maker level executive engagements (briefings and meetings) both virtually, and in-person in Indeed's Idea Centers in Austin, and in key markets around the globe. Indeed offers this unique Idea Center experience to our enterprise level clients and key partners.
What you'll do:As a subject matter expert in online recruitment and talent attraction, you will use your expertise to guide account teams and their clients in the development of customized, solutions-focused ideation sessions involving thought leaders, product leaders, executive leadership and other subject matter experts from across Indeed. As both a product and customer specialist, you will also be a key resource to sales teams and recruitment evangelists in the field as they develop effective account-specific go-to-market strategies.The Recruitment Evangelist wil create, produce and facilitate virtual and in-person executive engagements in our Idea Centers in Austin.The Idea Center Recruitment Evangelist directly impacts employers' ability to source critical talent by helping them better understand how they can partner with Indeed and leverage online search to optimize their recruiting practices, and use Indeed's solutions to achieve their recruitment objectives. You are a skilled producer and facilitator of executive-level meetings. You are an attentive listener and an engaging communicator, who can identify trends and patterns in conversation and discern client priorities and pain points. You are passionate about technology, employment and hiring, and excel interacting with executive level clients and prospects.Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, coach and coordinate the actions and content of internal participants from across Indeed to deliver a coherent, relevant and meaningful narrative for clients
  • Deliver Indeed content and perspective to senior executives from across our target markets and verticals around the world
  • Build positive relationships and work closely with sales, client success, marketing, product, engineering, human resources and other internal teams to drive revenue and retention goals and advance Indeed's position as a thought leader in online recruitment, workforce trends and employment
  • Develop customized meeting agendas and produce and facilitate world-class executive level engagements for senior decision makers, in-person and via video conference
  • Use data, platform and sales strategy tools in preparation for and during executive engagements to bring unique, insights based on Indeed data into conversations and ideation sessionsWho You Are
    • Experienced in talent acquisition strategy, recruitment marketing, employer branding, human resources, and or workforce development
    • Ability to consult with and inspire C-level audiences
    • Ability to work through complex recruitment challenges
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate narratives and stories with data in compelling ways.
    • Seeking an exceptional presenter with experience leading interactive and engaging executive-level meetings
    • Exceptional attention to detail in agenda development and internal and external communication to produce world-class, memorable executive engagements
    • A thought-leader in talent acquisition, recruitment, employer branding, or related area is preferred

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
