Position Description
Recruiter Project Overview Our company is known for our innovative technologies, products and services -- and for the people behind them. As part of our recruiting team, you're charged with finding the most interesting candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a diversity of thought to all they do. You're responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to the magic of working at an amazing company. You are creative and driven, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Americas Horizontals Staffing encompasses the staffing support of all major product areas within our company across North America. This includes focus areas in Cloud, Computing, and the Consumer businesses. The major job roles our recruiting teams hire are software engineers, technical program managers, user experience specialists, and new grad candidates. We are looking for full-lifecycle staffers and folks focused on top-of-funnel sourcing.

Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). We bring the world's most innovative people and provide the programs that help them thrive. You'll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive through our hiring practices.

1. Source and Recruit talent. Assess a high volume of candidate applications on a daily basis for complex roles, managing the hiring process for each candidate while providing updates to clients and various stakeholders in the process.

2. Develop strong relationships with candidates and demonstrate expertise by sharing knowledge, skills and best practices with the team, colleagues and manager.

3. Keep partners apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to project leads and team members; develop innovative recruiting solutions that take into account business needs (e.g. deliver against changing business needs). Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Years Experience: Approximately 5+ years experience recruiting at large scale companies/agency
-Experience in building and cultivating candidate and client relationships in a global business environment
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
-Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently
- Experience negotiating salaries/closing candidates
-Technical Recruiting Experience preferred
Applications: Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, gSuite preferred Prior Experience: Experience in technology industry and/or research/sourcing experience in an executive search firm or corporate environment with an emphasis on individualized candidate experience preferred Note: Based on business demand, you may be asked to switch focus area, which may include changing product area.
