In this role, you will be a recruiting Lead who oversees Technical Program Manager hiring across the Americas. You will partner with business leaders across Product Areas to build well-defined strategies, execute on plans, and effectively communicate progress against your customers' hiring objectives. You will be focused on developing your recruiting team, partnering with product area staffing leads to execute against goals, and implementing team and cross-functional process changes to optimize recruiting efficiency.     • Lead, motivate and support recruiting team to successfully deliver on hiring goals
    • Develop growth strategies and business plans, evaluate and improve current processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer approvals, all with aim of maximizing recruiting efficiencies
    • Implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and representative candidate pool
    • Ensure recruiting Service-Level Agreements are met by each recruiter, with focus on ensuring great candidate experience--
