Job Description:

Responsibilities* Analyzes and maintains the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ADP.* Maintains accurate employee and benefits data.* Processes payroll transactions (e.g. new hires, terminations, timekeeping, salaries, incentives, benefits, 401(k) funding and loans, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third party payments).* Serves as liaison with internal HR and Finance team members, external auditors, services providers and associates.* Supports benefit enrollment initiatives, ensures employee records are accurate and data transmits properly to service providers.* Maintains employee benefits data in the human resources information system and coordinates the transfer of data to external vendors, plan providers and auditors.* Collaborates in the development of key HR/business processes using HR systems (onboarding, open enrollment, performance management, salary administration, etc.)* Generates reporting as necessary; includes Headcount, PTO, Time & Attendance, overtime, etc.* Ensures benefit file feeds to the carriers transmit accurately.* Administers annual benefits open enrollment.* Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.RequirementsQualifications * Requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant Human Resources experience including payroll, data analysis and reporting.* Must possess strong knowledge of Human Resources/payroll systems (ADP, PayCor, Paylocity); experience utilizing and creating databases and spreadsheets is preferred.* Requires strong verbal and written communication skills.Requires a high level of customer service and responsiveness.* Requires the ability to prepare and effectively present information to all employee and management levels.* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, a Human Resources discipline or equivalent work experience is required; general understanding of accounting and/or finance principles is preferred.Preferred Qualifications* Experience with multi state payroll law.* Experience in a manufacturing environment with a large non-exempt employee population.* Bi-lingualBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, PTO, Paid Holidays, and Floating Holidays
