Based in our Austin ,Texas location, you willrecruit, source, screen, and interview internal and external candidates to fill a broad range of open positions.AS RECRUITER, YOU WILL:Develop a solid understanding of each position in order to present qualified, pre-screened candidates to match company requirements/qualifications to efficiently and effectively fill open positionsWork with hiring managers, to develop, implement, and execute recruiting plans, conducting regular follow up with managers to determine the effectiveness of those recruiting plansProvide updates to HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers regarding hiring activitiesUtilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to capture candidate data and disposition candidatesDevelop a basic understanding of applicable state and federal labor regulations, including those subject to OFCCP compliance requirementsDrive a strong pipeline of qualified active and passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn, Job boards, Social networking sites, and User GroupsProactively identify and recommend opportunities for continuous process improvements.WHO YOU ARE:You attract and select diverse and high caliber talent.You identify the right talent to meet the groups needs.You adjust talent gaps with the right balance of internal and external candidates.You display a good judge of talent.
