Job Description Summary: Who We Are White Lodging develops and

rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country’s best cities

how you make people feel. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will
ensure an exceptional guest experience while supporting the daily
operations of the Front Desk team. Responsibilities What You’ll Do
- Deliver the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating
and exceeding their expectations. - Run the "perfect shift" by
ensuring all checklist items are complete and standards are upheld.
- Supervise Front Desk staff and ensure adherence to brand
standards. - Oversee the department in the absence of the
Department Manager. - Perform hourly tasks and operate equipment as
needed, while assisting with new associate training and
cross-training. - Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to
maintain smooth operations. What You’ll Bring - An outgoing
personality and positive attitude. - Adaptability and the ability
to work in a fast-paced environment. - Hospitality experience
