• Team Leadership: Lead the team on shift by setting an example and providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure a smooth shift and excellent guest service.
• Operation Oversight: Assist the leadership team in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing duties, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Guest Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of Guest satisfaction by greeting and assisting Guests, addressing inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
• Training & Development: Train new employees on job duties, company policies, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to enhance performance.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulation, including food safety guidelines, and ensure that all team members follow safety protocols during the shift.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members and management; sharing important information and updates to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
• Problem Solving: Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the shift, including Guest complaints, staffing challenges, or operational issues, and resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
• Marketing & Promotion: Work closely with the management and marketing team to execute promotional activities, special events, and marketing campaigns to attract new Guests and retain existing ones.
• Support management with other tasks, as needed. Position Requirements
  • Happy, helpful, hungry

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching savvy
  • Previous lead/supervisory experience
  • At least 2 years service industry experience in a similar setting
  • Experience with service and production in a full-service restaurant setting
  • Experience with restaurant systems and cost controls (Schedules, Inventory, P/Ls)
  • Experience with vendor relationship, product ordering and invoice organization
  • Computer knowledge (Google Drive & Suite, Toast)
  • Experience with supporting a strong and successful team
