Texas builders are looking for you apply today for consideration! Essential Responsibilities: Opening and closing the models and inventory homes. Welcoming potential buyers, building rapport, and providing them with excellent service. Demonstrating model and inventory homes, including features and benefits. Gathering details and taking diligent notes for the on-site sales team about buyers' likes, dislikes, wishes, and timeframe for their new dream home. Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers Qualifications: 1+ years' experience in high-end sales/customer service. Those with a love for people-facing roles are highly encouraged to apply - Barista (Starbucks), high-end retail sales associate (Nordstrom, Black House White Market), human resources/talent acquisition, flight attendant, teachers, hospitality, etc. Driven sales professional with a desire to excel in a team-oriented environment. Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
