Job Description:

As a customer service representative you'll interact with clients and our great internal team to help customers with their pest control needs. You'll answer customer questions, manage schedules, and handle administrative tasks related to day to day business operations. You'll be responsible for customer relations, notification for service, account setup and maintenance, and scheduling. Requires frequent (34%-66%) use of the telephone and movement about the building. Requires occasional lifting up to twenty-five (25) pounds. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Requires occasional bending and reaching to file and retrieve file information. Requires ability to communicate clearly. Requires ability to work in front of computer monitor and on keyboard for extended periods of time.As a customer service representative you may have the option of work from home.
