Job DescriptionThe HT Group is currently assisting a high-profile Austin client in the search for a qualified Construction Manager for the Mechanical Team for an immediate opportunity to support a major plant renovation & expansion. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with sub-contractors by letter and document regarding construction schedule and quality
• Manage project coordination through participation in meetings with owner and/or sub-contractors
• Manage documents involved in the project
• Help resolve disputes as they arise
• Maintain business like relationships sub-contractors and suppliers consistent with ethics standards
• Develop construction schedules and plans
• Maintain project quality during construction
• Ensure compliance with the contract documents
• Making sure the work meets quality standards and project specifications Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction or engineering
  • Experience of GCS (Gas/Chemical/Slurry) work site or clean room (Preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to perform individually and as a member of project teams
  • Compensation commensurate with experience
