Named after the Greek goddess of the hearth. Dishes come off of a
20-foot live fire hearth that is visible from the dining room. This
modern grill house has the intimacy of an upscale dinner club mixed
with the chef interactions of a tasting menu.
We are looking for dedicated cooks with positive energy, whom
can work well with in a team and stand out as a leader. We will
