Customer Service Associate

Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM

As a Customer Service Associate, you will process incoming orders in multiple states and county jurisdictions. Once orders have been researched, the team is responsible for reviewing the documents, entering the data into our internal systems, uploading documents, billing the customer in addition to sending results accurately to customers in a timely manner through our internal systems.

Many of our Customer Service Team members have previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, or restaurant service. People with business-to-business (B2B) customer service experience also thrive on our teams. Most importantly is experience in exceeding customer expectations, including both internal and external customers.

What you'll do for us:

--- Build relationships with our customers to better understand their unique needs

--- Fulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers

--- Respond to customer inquiries via email

--- Data entry of client information

--- Electronic filing and retrieval of documents

--- Maintain and update customer records

--- Manage customer portfolios

--- Research and analyze legal documents

--- Navigate between multiple databases quickly and accurately
