What You Will Do

As a Registered Nurse in our Neonatal ICU Unit at Seton Williamson,
you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care in
accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of
the healthcare organization.
* Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and
communicates patient condition as appropriate.
* Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for
well-coordinated patient care.
* Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
* Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with
members of the healthcare team.

that Ascension Seton Williamson has resources immediately available
to provide quality care for severely injured patients 24 hours a
day. And for children with emergencies, our ER care teams are
trained to follow Dell Children's Emergency Care steps while
helping to reduce the stress that your child can feel during

Serving residents of Williamson County and surrounding counties in
Central Texas, Ascension Seton Williamson provides convenient
access to a wide array of inpatient and outpatient services. Our
board-certified doctors and care teams have the experience and
technology to provide inpatient critical care services as well as
outpatient diagnostic and therapeutic services.
For women who are pregnant, our labor and delivery services include
a Level I Neonatal Unit for newborns requiring special care. This
is backed by a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Dell
Children's Medical Center. Our Maternity Unit currently includes
with eight labor and delivery rooms and 16 post-partum rooms with
sleeping accommodations for the whole family.

What You Will Need
* Required Credential(s):
* BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association
(AHA) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job
* Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of
* Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR
a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and
enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing
Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
* 1 - 2 Yrs NICU RN Experience Preferred
