Please notate preference in shift.Types of cases: PEDS + Neonates MUST MEET CASE LOG REQUIREMENTS BELOWEMR: EpicClinician will be required to attend Epic training and/or test outRequirements: Pediatric fellowship required.Provider will be doing their own casesFor Neonate (less than 60 weeks old) credentials at CHOSA: 15 cases are neededWhat are the average # of patients per day? 20-30What are the required procedures? Ortho, ENT, general, dental, radiology, GI, neuro spine and headQualifications:MUST fill Submission Questionnaire and attach to presentation fileEvidence of at least 15 neonatal (under 28 days old) cases with 75 pediatric cases (29 days to 1yr) , reflective of the scope of privileges requested, during the past 12 months.MUST double check and report malpractice historyMust have active TX licenseResumeSchedule request and call availability (if applicable)Available weeksRTOTentative start dateCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive PayPossible Travel Reimbursement AvailableMalpractice Insurance covered including tail coverageAnnual Profit sharingWeekly direct depositDedicated account managerContract Term:6 months with extension option
