Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Austin, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,790 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN - Case Management Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum of 1 Year License: RN License Certifications: Case Management Certification Preferred Description: CONTRACT RN - CASE MANAGEMENT - 13 WEEKS No on-call required. The ideal candidate will have bedside case management experience. Candidates must possess post-acute care knowledge. Experience with electronic medical records, specifically Meditech or Midas, is required. The RN will be responsible for discharge planning and progression. They will facilitate hard conversations with patients and family members. The RN will collaborate with medical staff regarding care plans. A strong personality with adaptability and proactivity is essential. The RN should exhibit professionalism in their appearance, adhering to a dress code of navy scrubs and a white lab coat.
