Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites dedicated nursing professionals to join
our team as a PRN Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse. This role
involves providing direct and compassionate nursing care to
patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and supporting
their recovery outside the conventional hospital setting. This
position offers the flexibility to work on an as-needed basis,
tailoring schedules to personal availability while upholding the
highest standards of patient care. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient health and
report changes to the supervising nurse or physician Educate
patients and families on proper home health care strategies and
procedures Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure
comprehensive care Document and maintain accurate patient medical
records compliant with healthcare regulations Strong clinical
skills and knowledge Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills Proficiency in electronic health record systems Ability to
work autonomously Skills in time management and multitasking
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state
of practice Valid driver's license and reliable transportation CPR
certification preferred
