dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team serving San
Antonio Texas. We need coverage in the Northwest, Northeast,
Southeast and Southwest. This is a PRN (as-needed) position,
offering flexibility to work visits that fit your schedule—perfect
for those seeking work-life balance or supplemental income. As a
Home Health Aide with Varco, you will play an essential role in
providing quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of
patients’ homes. We are looking for caring professionals who are
committed to supporting patients’ daily needs while promoting
dignity, comfort, and independence. Key Responsibilities * Assist
patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing,
grooming, toileting, and mobility) Observe and report changes in
patient condition to the care team Follow established care plans
and complete visit documentation accurately and on time
Qualifications Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the
state of Texas (TX) Previous home health or caregiving experience
preferred Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
Ability to follow care plans and instructions from supervising
clinicians Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patients’ homes
Valid Driver’s License Work Location On the Road: Serving San
Antonio Texas Pay Rate $18–$20 per visit Job Type: Full-time
