You will work in a supportive environment that promotes professional growth and patient-centered care. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical assessment. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Advise and collaborate with family members or caregivers on strategies to cope with communication disorders. Maintain accurate patient records and prepare diagnostic reports. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to provide insights related to patient speech therapy programs. Strong understanding of speech disorders and treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create and follow through on treatment plans. Proficiency in using speech therapy tools and technology. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state license as a Speech Pathologist. American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification (CCC-SLP).
