In this role, you will be instrumental in providing respiratory care services to patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders at our state-of-the-art facilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment that emphasizes compassionate care and clinical excellence. Assess and manage patients with respiratory insufficiencies and other cardiopulmonary disorders. Administer and monitor therapeutic gases and environmental control systems. Conduct diagnostic tests to measure lung capacity and determine causes for diminished capacity. Maintain patient charts with therapy information, complete billing forms, and update treatment logs. Educate patients and families on the management of respiratory health issues. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop effective care plans and strategies. Proficient in using various types of respiratory care equipment and technology Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations and make accurate decisions Knowledge of current respiratory care practices and procedures Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
