This role demands a compassionate professional focused on supporting patient breathing issues and emergency care. You will work amidst advanced medical teams, using state-of-the-art technology, contributing directly to patient treatment plans and recovery. Assess and treat patients with breathing disorders and cardiopulmonary issues Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient conditions and physician recommendations Monitor and record the progress of patients Advise and educate patients and their families on lung health and disease prevention Manage ventilators and other breathing devices during surgical procedures or in patient recovery Maintain patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations at all times Expertise in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and ventilation Ability to assess and analyze patient conditions to administer appropriate care Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in the use of respiratory care equipment and technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Active state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist BLS/ACLS certification recommended
