patient care management by coordinating and supervising operations
on the ward to enhance patient outcomes. The coordinator ensures

Supervise nursing staff and manage patient flow on the unit to
ensure efficient care delivery. Coordinate with healthcare
professionals to implement patient care plans. Monitor and ensure
compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Participate in the development and training of the nursing staff.
Evaluate patient care outcomes and implement improvement plans.
Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using
healthcare software and systems. Capability to perform well under
pressure. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation.
