Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Charge Nurse CNC for our
Special Surgery Unit, a key leadership and clinical role ensuring
high-quality patient care, effective management of daily
operations, and staff development within the unit. As a part of one
of the leading national healthcare services providers, the CNC will
uphold our commitment to excellence in serving communities with
personalized and innovative surgical care. Oversee nursing staff
and manage the daily operations of the Special Surgery Unit.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration
with other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards for patient care and safety.
Provide mentorship and training to nursing staff to enhance
professional development. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
to improve patient outcomes. Manage patient documentation and
records with high accuracy. Strong leadership and organizational
skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in clinical skills specific to surgical care. Knowledge
of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. Ability to
handle high-stress environments and make critical decisions.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in Basic
Life Support (BLS). Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) preferred.
