In this role, the candidate will oversee nursing operations within our senior living facilities, ensuring personalized and high-quality care for our elderly residents. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering a positive environment and lead our highly skilled nursing staff in maintaining exceptional care standards. Manage day-to-day clinical operations in the facility Lead, evaluate, and mentor nursing staff Coordinate with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality regulations Monitor compliance with health and safety guidelines Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-stress situations Proficient in patient care management software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LVN license in the state of Texas CPR and First Aid certification Supervisory experience preferred
