Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiac Catheterization Lab Location: Austin, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,671 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cath Lab Profession: RN Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Experience in heart failure - Experience in high acuity cath lab - Skills in performing left heart catheterization (LHC) - Skills in performing right heart catheterization (RHC) - Skills in performing RHC with endomyocardial biopsy (EMBX) - Experience with TAVRs and structural heart procedures Description: The position involves working in a cardiac cath lab environment. Responsibilities include care for patients with heart failure and high acuity conditions. The candidate will perform various catheterization procedures, including LHC and RHC. The role may involve some peripheral procedures and pulmonary embolism interventions. BLS and ACLS certifications are required for this position. Candidates must have a solid background in managing complex cardiac cases. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for collaboration within the cath lab team.
