Implement physical therapy interventions and educate patients and families on treatment plans, anticipated outcomes, and home exercises. Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly to ensure maximal recovery. Document patient care and progress comprehensively in compliance with company guidelines and legal healthcare requirements. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care tailored to pediatric patients' specific needs. Proven ability to develop and implement physical therapy treatment plans Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster patient and family relationships Strong organizational and time management skills for effective caseload management Knowledge of pediatric healthcare protocols and home health care environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred
