Job Description:

Ascension, a leading faith-based healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Telemetry to join our team. In this role, you will monitor and interpret patients' vital signs and provide personalized, compassionate care based on our commitment to innovation and excellence in healthcare. Join us and contribute to our mission of transforming healthcare by leveraging our vast network of facilities and services. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will support our physicians and healthcare team in managing the care of patients with acute conditions. Monitor patients' heart rate, blood pressure, breathing and other vitals. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and assess patient response. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care delivery. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality regulations. Participate in continuous education to uphold the high standards of nursing practices. Advanced knowledge of telemetry equipment and technology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a stressful and fast-paced environment. Compassionate and patient-focused approach. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Telemetry Certification preferred.
