Qualifications The Registered Nurse (RN) Case Management Supervisor
is a working leader who promotes patient-centered care by
coordinating the plan of care throughout the patient stay, managing
length of stay, ensuring appropriate resource utilization, and
developing a safe and appropriate discharge plan in collaboration
with the multidisciplinary team. The Supervisor facilitates the
progression and transition of care using established criteria and
supports quality outcomes and patient throughput while balancing
optimal care and resource efficiency. In addition to maintaining a
full caseload, the RN Case Management Supervisor provides clinical
leadership and operational support to the RN Case Management team.
This includes mentoring staff, monitoring documentation and
regulatory compliance, supporting daily operations, and
collaborating with the Manager to implement performance improvement
initiatives and staff development programs. The Supervisor serves
as a resource for complex cases, escalates barriers to care, and
fosters a culture of accountability, excellence, and teamwork What
qualifications you will need: Education & Experience: Associate
Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred Required Minimum 3 years
clinical nursing experience. Required Minimum 2 years case
management experience. Required Prior Team Lead or Supervisory
experience preferred Preferred Licensure, Certifications, Training:
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of
practice according to law and regulation. Required Certification in
Case Management Preferred Certification in InterQual or IQCI
