Job Description:

As a Multi-Modality Technician at East Riverside Freestanding Emergency Department, an essential part of HCA Healthcare, you will provide expert radiographic services including MRI, CT, and X-Ray modalities. This position requires a compassionate professional who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional care and adherence to the standards of accuracy and safety. You will actively participate in patient care assessments, provide diagnostic imaging services, and support the hospital's mission of dedicated patient care. Perform high-quality radiographic exams including CT, MRI, and X-ray to assist in patient diagnosis and management. Collaborate with healthcare team members to evaluate patient needs and treatment plans. Ensure all imaging procedures adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards. Maintain imaging equipment and report any malfunctions or discrepancies. Assist in the maintenance of radiology department records and patient files. Provide patient education and support throughout the imaging process. Proficient in multiple imaging modalities including CT, MRI, and X-ray. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Adept at operating radiologic equipment safely and efficiently. Knowledge of radiology software and patient management systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Additional certifications in MRI and/or CT are highly desirable. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
