As a Lab Assistant in our state-of-the-art laboratory, you will assist in various types of medical diagnostic tests in compliance with our high operational standards. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our pathologists and technologists to ensure accurate and timely results that ultimately impact patient care. Assist in the collection, labeling, and analysis of biological specimens. Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures under the supervision of a senior technologist. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment. Ensure strict compliance with lab safety standards and protocols. Record and manage data related to laboratory tests and findings. Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals. Strong ability to handle laboratory equipment. Proficiency in data entry and management systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification as a Laboratory Technician by a recognized body (e.g., ASCP) is highly desirable.
