Job Description Job Description Physician Assistant (PA): Hormone Optimization & Weight Loss | San Antonio, TX Groov Wellness is a fast-growing, cash-based wellness clinic helping patients regain energy, balance hormones, lose weight, and feel confident again. We’re seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants to: Practice preventative, wellness-focused medicine Educate and motivate patients Deliver real outcomes — not rushed visits What You’ll Do Conduct hormone and weight loss consultations Review labs and patient histories Create personalized treatment plans Educate patients on HRT, peptides, supplements, and lifestyle support Convert consultations into long-term care programs Collaborate with Medical Directors and clinic staff Requirements Active Texas NP or PA license 2–3 years of clinical experience Interest or experience in wellness, hormones, or weight loss Strong communication and documentation skills EMR/EHR experience Compensation & Perks $120,000 Base Performance bonuses Health insurance reimbursement Paid time off CME allowance Employee & clinic discounts Schedule: Monday-Friday Location: In-person (San Antonio area clinics) Groov Wellness is an equal opportunity employer.
