and Fun, Stable In-house Therapy Team! AVIR AT ADAMS , a skilled
nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a full
time therapist to lead our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek
an OT, PT, ST, OTA or PTA who is passionate about delivering the
best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to
be part of a fun, high energy, inter-disciplinary team. We see a
wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer
opportunities for you to create programs in functional mobility,
sensory integration, cognition, fall prevention, gait, return to

leadership experience in a long term care or skilled nursing

Texas License and prior experience leading a therapy team in a SNF
