and skilled individual to join our team as a Surgical Telemetry
Registered Nurse. This role is essential in providing high-quality
patient care and supporting our healthcare team in a dynamic and
innovative environment. Key Responsibilities of a Surgical
Telemetry Registered Nurse Monitor and assess cardiac telemetry
readings and respond to any irregularities or emergencies. Provide
comprehensive nursing care to post-operative patients, ensuring
their comfort and safety. Collaborate with physicians and
multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement
individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed, documenting all interventions accurately. Educate
patients and their families on post-surgical care, addressing any
concerns or questions. Schedule and Shift Details This is a
full-time position with a rotating schedule that includes day and
night shifts, offering flexibility and work-life balance. Nights
and Weekends. Qualifications and Requirements Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Minimum 1 year of
experience in telemetry or a surgical unit preferred. American
Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) Strong assessment
skills with attention to detail and the ability to work in a
fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills to work effectively with patients and medical staff.
