Project Management Planning Operations Representative supporting
our Occupational Health Services team. This position will oversee
and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves
as liaison between project teams, management and the customer.
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages contract
deliverables and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues
and develops resolutions to meet quality and client-satisfaction
goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project
progress and for intervention and problem solving with managers and
clients. Contingent on contract award Primary Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains effective working relationships with the
client Acts as liaison to clients working directly with the
Contracting Officer Initiates, coordinates, and leads meetings with
the clients Implements corrective action plans and oversees
execution with internal department leads as necessary Monitors
financial and fiscal aspects of the contract Responsible for
submission of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual management
reports as required by the contract Understands contractual
language and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance to all
performance metrics and Federal Acquisition Regulations Coordinates
with operations and corporate department heads such as IT for
Security and Confidentiality, Provider Relations for credentialing,
subcontracting management, and provider training issues Reviews all
modifications prior to execution by Executive Leadership Team and
ensures timely implementation of any required changes Recommends
contract and program changes to Senior Management Team as
appropriate Manages contracts working directly with operational
team leaders to ensure the achievement of organizational goals and
objectives including quality, timeliness, customer service and cost
metrics Actively participates in and contributes to the development
and communication of strategic objectives, plans and performance
metrics to meet contractual compliance Works with management teams
to ensure timely provider recruitment and utilization Must possess
the ability and flexibility to meet deadlines and client
expectations Performs audits to ensure that operational workflow is
being followed and provides feedback and recommendations to Senior
Management Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent
related work experience 2 to 4 years of government contract
management experience Demonstrated medical background in case
management is preferred Must be able to successfully pass National
Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of business and management
principles involved in strategic planning and operations management
Excellent computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft
applications and Tableau Ability to compile, analyze and evaluate
data to develop effective solutions Strong project management
skills to handle complex cross-organizational projects Experience
supervising or managing a medical practice highly preferred Project
management and medical case management life cycle experience and
contractors Comprehensive understanding of internal standardized
workflow/procedures preferred Leidos QTC Health Services quality
assurance experience preferred Additional Information: Preferred
location: local to the San Antonio, TX area, must be available for
Central Standard Time. Training: if applicable as needed Shift:
Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Travel requirements: as needed
