Must-Have: - Minimum of 3 years of experience - Experience with
High-Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - Experience with Bilevel Positive
Airway Pressure (BIPAP) - Stable medication management -
Post-operative management for CABG, AVR, and MVR - Cardiovascular
and vascular experience - Experience with Aortic Aneurysm Repair
(AAA) - Experience with Lobectomy - Experience with Carotid
Endarterectomy (CEA) - Experience with NSTEMI, STEMI, and Acute
Coronary Syndrome (ACS) - Experience with pacemakers and sepsis -
Experience with gastrointestinal bleed (GIB) - Experience with
post-Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA) - Experience with respiratory
failure - Experience with tracheostomy care Description: This is a
30-bed step-down unit. The unit may float between critical care
service lines. Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of
experience in the specified areas. The nursing professional will be
responsible for patient assessment, planning, and implementing
care. Effective communication and teamwork are essential for
