comprehensive assessments to include risk assessment and
establishes therapy treatment objectives. - Administers individual,
family, and group therapy sessions. Evaluates patient data;
develops and implements treatment plans. - Documents therapy
observations and maintains records, adhering to confidentiality
protocols. Evaluates patient progress and therapy intervention
effectiveness. - Provides referrals for patients within the agency
and community. Works directly with patients, family members,
physicians, and community providers to ensure collaborative and
continuous care. Identifies and intervenes for suspected abuse,
including sensitivity to age-specific concerns. - Other duties as
assigned. Demonstrates working knowledge of the involuntary
commitment process. Participates in multidisciplinary treatment
team meetings, providing clinical input. The expertise and
experiences you’ll need to succeed: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Master's (Required)Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI
Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Clinical Social Worker License
(LCSW) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Licensed Professional
Counselor (LPC) - EV Accredited Issuing Body Pay Range: $26.91 -
