Required Skills: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in Texas Proven experience in obstetric inpatient care Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and efficiently in high-pressure situations Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in an obstetric hospitalist setting Familiarity with electronic medical record systems BLS and NRP certifications Previous locum tenens experience Preferred Education and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent OB hospitalist experience Prior experience in busy hospital environments or academic settings Other Requirements: Availability to work weekends (VMS shift) Willingness to travel as needed for assignments Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications Active Texas medical license or willingness to obtain one This is a fantastic opportunity to earn $195.00 per hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a supportive team dedicated to your success.
