Nurse (RN) for a travel nursing job in Austin, Texas. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN -
Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift:
12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum
of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required.
Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for
extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment.

Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM •
Charge nurse position on Medical Surgical 3 North unit • 13-week
contract assignment • No on-call responsibilities • 4 weekend
shifts required per month • Patient ratios: 6:1 on night shift •
Work with 32-bed medical surgical unit • Required certifications:
BLS, ACLS, Telemetry, and Charge Experience • Hospital experience
mandatory - candidates without hospital experience will not be
considered • 3 years of nursing experience preferred • Work with
equipment including bladder scanner, vital sign machines,
telemetry, and lifts • Use Meditech EMR system • Collaborate with
RNs, LVNs, and PCTs • No routine procedures performed on this unit
• Must be open to feedback and demonstrate owner mentality • Dress
code: Navy blue scrubs with facility logo required Facility: This
