As the Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, you will: - Work under the supervision of the Physical Therapist to fulfill the defined patient-specific care plan - Collaborate with the care team to ensure all patient needs are fully addressed - Deliver high-quality skilled care to patients administering non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water and electrical modalities - Thoroughly document care delivery daily in our EMR system - Contribute to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork Skills for Success: - Compassionate in care delivery, focused on results - Solution-driven, self-motivated, and responds with urgency - Love learning, motivating and inspiring patients to reach their goals - Able to work independently without direct oversight - Able to discern when to call for support and communicate challenges - Familiar and comfortable with technology.
